Making Peace with Enough

There is always a bigger version of every goal. For a long time I chased it without asking whether I wanted it.

More clients, more income, more followers. Each milestone felt good for about a week, then quietly reset to zero. The finish line kept moving because I never decided where it was.

Enough isn’t settling. It’s knowing what you actually need, and then giving the rest of your energy to things that make life feel full.

Writing my own definition of enough was surprisingly hard and surprisingly freeing. It made saying no easier, and it made the yeses feel like choices instead of obligations.
